Fresh Sports Centre: update

If you’re a current Fresh or Sports Centre member, we have exciting news!

From 1st September 2016 Fresh is expanding its community-focused gym in Fairwater Drive by taking on the Sports Centre at Thamesmead School in Manygate Lane to create the best gym offering in town. That means there’ll be two Fresh sites, more state-of-the-art equipment and an expanded group exercise timetable with even more (80+) of all your favourite classes! For all current Sports Centre members it’s business as usual. We know how much it means to have an exercise regime that you enjoy and suits your lifestyle, so your classes and gym use will continue with limited disruption during the handover phase. We’d love to show you around Fresh too (just a few minutes’ walk down the road) and introduce you to the team. We were placed in the top 4 “Happiest Gyms in Britain” by ClubWise earlier this year, as voted for by our members – something we’re really proud of. We’re sure you’ll feel at ease and welcomed. If you’re a Fresh member, or thinking of joining Fresh, you’ll soon benefit from more choice – two gyms, five studios including two new sports halls and a new dance studio, a megamix of classes at all intensity levels and interests, offers on our new ventures such as children’s parties and holiday clubs, and of course the opportunity to meet new members and enjoy even more social events!

We’re really excited about the future of Fresh in Shepperton, and we remain an inclusive not exclusive community-based gym making fitness fun, friendly and accessible for everyone.
