Tier 3? Don’t panic we’re OPEN – Class Timetables

In light of the recent announcement by the government, on the changing tiers across the country, Surrey is entering Tier 3 from midnight on Saturday. The good news is that under Tier 3, we are still allowed to remain open.

At Fresh Gym and the Fresh Sports Centre we continue to do everything we can and more to keep Fresh Members and our Team safe.

Here’s what we can do in Tier 3

– You can still come and use the Gym at Fresh

– Fresh Air Outdoor Training continues outside

– Spin classes will continue outside with your Instructor

(there will be a few spin bikes available on the gym floor)

– Some Studio Classes will move outside

– Most of the Studio Classes, that will once more move to our VirtuallyFresh.co.uk platform for Live and On Demand Classes.
