Following the Government announcement last Saturday of a short lockdown, Fresh Gym and the Fresh Sports Centre will close at 10pm on Wednesday 4th November for 4 weeks. Until then, both facilities remain open for you to workout and attend classes.

Your Membership Payment

Membership payments take 10 days to process. This means that your 1st November payment was already in the process for collection when the announcement was made and will have been debited from your bank today.

We are asking for your support, if you can, by ‘donating’ your membership fee this month. We have already received so many lovely messages from members pledging their support, for which we are truly grateful.

We realise that donating your membership fee may not be possible financially for everyone. If so, please let us know and we will add a one-month credit to your membership instead.

If you would prefer to freeze your membership, let us know and we will set this up for you. Please do not cancel your Direct Debit mandate – it costs us approximately £50 per person to set back up again, and, in these financially tough times, every penny counts in securing our future.

Online classes

The Fresh Team will once more step in front of the camera and bring you online classes ‘live’ and On Demand into your home, as we look to switch our current class timetable to Virtually Fresh.

Your Fresh membership includes access to ‘live’ online classes and a huge catalogue of at-home workouts On Demand. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: If you haven’t used the VirtuallyFresh.co.uk platform before, you will need to register by calling Fresh on 01932 225953 or email us – and we’ll be happy to set up access for you.

Personal Trainers are here to support you during November

Although everyone is still awaiting the finer details of this new temporary lockdown, we are hoping that One-to-One Personal Training will be able to continue outside or via online training. We have a great team of PT’s who are here ready and waiting to support you during November.
