The Fresh Tour of Britain for Red Nose Day 2013

February 5, 2013 @ 10:09 am

From NOW until Friday 15th March Fresh will be celebrating Red Nose Day 2013 by cycling our way around Britain (but not literally) to raise buckets of cash for Comic Relief!

Fresh members (and interested parties passing by) and the Fresh Team of staff, including Gary, will get on our Red Nose Bikes out on the gym floor and will strive to replicate and complete all eight Stages of the Tour of Britain. That’s a massive 838 miles (or 1,349.9 kilometres)

This sponsored Tour of Britain will take place here at Fresh Health & Fitness, Shepperton.

Every cyclist will pay an entry fee to ride of £1 (or more if they’re feeling it!). Each cyclist will get on their bike, record their time and distance and the Fresh Team will plot this on the Tour route through each stage. Every person, whether they’ve travelled 1m or 100m will then be entered into a Prize Draw.

You don’t have to be a member of Fresh! We want this fund-raiser to be open to absolutely everyone – whatever their age (unfortunately not teeny tiny people as our bikes are too big, so minimum age is 14), whatever their ability. We want everyone to have a go – Fresh Members, the Fresh Team and YOU and your colleagues. The money they raise will help people living unimaginably tough lives across the UK and Africa.

If you’d like to take part – please just drop in and see us!
